Applause Applause! No wait wait... Dear studio audience i've an announcement to make....

i've finally gone down to CMPB to do my med check-up! now how cool is that.

i remember how i missed the first date cos i went to bintan with the band.. and didnt even inform them..

i feel bad.. mmm actually i'm mortified.

anyway they called me again to reschedule it for friday, 19th of January which i duly.........

MISSED. Again. I overslept. Come on who wakes up at 6am anyway?!

so for all that i'm worth i dragged my ass down for a later appointment. and they were more than happy to see me! = )

and so i went throught the regular thingamagic. up till the second last station, i was PES A (physical employment status). and that meant i'm a fit and healthy bear.

then the last station. when he interviewed me, i told him my physical condition to the best of my knowledge.

and then something bad happened.

something really, really bad...

i was demoted to PES C1L9 which meant that i was not even able to hold a rifle. *sob*

which brings me to the latter part of my blog. i wish to congratulate CMPB on their consistency and high quality of their medical check-ups. they have managed to spot an injury that has eluded even me. this injury would seriously jeopardise me as an infantry when i enlist and begin my service to the Republic of Singapore. the nation which i have come to love and adore. now that i am diagnosed with this grievous injury, i am undoubtedly deeply saddened. however, i feel it to be my patriotic right to give my best in clerical duties and protect this nation i call home.
