ok today was a great day!! cos i went to the beach! ok i go to the beach everyday.. but today really rocked. really bloody tired and drained now. and i just came back from a freaking lousy dinner. but lets go to that later.

breakfast was good. ate a whale. i ordered scrambled eggs with ham and cheese but it turned into an omelette. grrrr. never mind this was one of the first times i ate a lot of buffet breakfast. oh oh and they had really nice japanese curry rice too! yummy! wish you were here grace!

today's weather report was initially thunderstorms through the later morning and afternoon. but guess what the heavens were shining upon me.. so we had good weather! a bit of rain but otherwise pleasant and sunny... oh another thing about the waves though.. they've been really subdued. as in i think the monsoon season part is really coming to an end so its crystal waters and topless babes now! woooots!

it was quite weird out at the beach today. the coke factory and a local secondary and primary school had a function going on at the beach. they had a tug-of-war event and my usually garang dad of course volunteered. and then you know how shit always befalls me. i was dragged into the team by some locals. and my team was filled with sec school girls! they kept laughing and trying to talk to me.. guess they dont see much asian guys here. one of them even asked me to take a photograph with her hahha. funny. my team won of course. and i got a free jersey and 2 awards for winning roflol. my dad took my jersey cos i wanted to play soccer and he lost twice in a row.. haha sorry dad guess you dont have the mojo..

and then it was soccer! with my bro's brand new Nike T90 Swift (the one used in the premiership and primera liga) we were just passing the ball around, warming up when suddenly a thai guy joined us.. and then an italian. .and then an englishmen.. lol it was like we were filming one of those Euro 2004 "the language of football is universal" commercials... and soon after that we, the Carlsberg World Without Strangers ambassadors engaged in a game of 5v5 with a spaniard and a swedish! lol it was a 5-0 thrashing for the local formed team. again its the mojo. fun fun..

then later in the evening after lunch and hitting the waters we were approached by 3 really cute, good looking and tall german dudes who wanted to have a game. this one we narrowly beat them (cos it was 5v3) but they commented that my soccer was good and asked whether i played for my school or something. i mean for crying out loud of all the lies i've heard that must be the worst. it was a blatant attempt to be nice but aw wtf i'll pretend to have a super charged ego and buy it. those three germans said they were just here in phuket for 3 days, going to bangkok for another 3 followed by 6 months in australia and finally... SINGAPORE!! wtf.. so they found out i was singaporeans so they asked if i could show them around the place when they came. i agreed cos i'll probably need their help next time if i intend to travel overseas backpacking and stuff. and besides grace will love to go out with them i know hahahaa.

anyway we had a really interesting conversation about bitches and sluts and all. too bad only for my gf's ears. too obscene to disclose. and they love clubbing and partying., not my cup of tea really. but nice chaps whole in whole.

after that continuous beaching and soccering and waving it was finally time to call it a day... to head back to the hotel. had my rituastic baileys and a cigarette while soaking in the tub and reminiscing the events of the day.. hope tomorrow wont be as terrible as my dinner tonight.. bad stuff i dont wish to blog about and wanna forget as quick as possible.. so with that i end my post. more beer please!
