sorry didnt blog yesterday night. the flight went ok and we touched about 8.30pm singapore time. the the bus ride took another hour and a half to our hotel. its kinda ironic huh.. how it takes the same time to get from singapore to phuket as it is to get from the airport to our hotel.

so i bought a carton of the Sammy's Best From Japan award winner cigarettes today. Caster Mild 5's with a hint of vanilla. yum! and also a bottle of red and a bottle of baileys which i already finished a quarter of already. ah the joys and pleasures of travelling. cheap cigarettes cheaper alcohol.

so its phuket again. this time its Patong Beach Hotel. a little bit shabbier compared to our other visits but still its 4 stars. got a nice bath tub and really fab interior decor. tad pity i was to tired last night to snap some shots. and then i didnt bring my gear to the lan shop today so wth right. tomorrow!

first daytime in phuket YAY!! wow the water is not so hyped about clear in patong beach.. but then we all know how gay it is over here cos it is totally tourist populated and all. real phuket beachers know the real fun is at the other more secluded phuket beaches like kata, karon, etc which i'm sure we're gonna hit in the next few days.

so as it is, this is supposed to be the peak season now. with crystal clear waters and calming gentle waves.. but i thinked the balance of the beach got bummed during the tsunami cos there's like a mixture of monsoon season as well! the waves are wicked sick! some really tall ones.. so what else is there to do but to surf!! tad pity i left my manta body board in hatyai (that shit cost me 248 sing dollars). so we just went to buy some cheap ones from the local shopping centre. i mean hey, its more about the skills then it is about the board right? real pros .................................................................... yak yak........................................... ok you get the picture. so we caught some serious big ones day and had a rolicking good time in the waters. i'm sun burnt already!

had roadside stall food for lunch today. buffet breakfast was good. they had 5 types of sausages!! yowza. dinner was at the zen japanese restaurant. which was still tsunamied the last time i came here. will link this post with pictures when i get back to singapore. speaking of food, i finally found the elusive Arnotts Stikkos which my dear bought for me a few months back. it still tastes bloody good here!

and then today somebody commented that my boardshorts were nice. i mean of course they are. my girl got them for me..

ok gonna leave now.. its getting really hot here. its only been a day but i miss you already gracie. kinda sad you're not on msn but i guess its only 10.20 and your out. talk to ya soon ok.
