today i started my TEP. it is basically giving free labour to the school while paying your school fees. we handle client projects and the one i'm in charge of is AAS. the first leg of it is held at CRMCC2 which means customer relationship call centre 2. this is the worst stopover of them all (around 20+ 30 i think) and i had to get it. lets just say its expected. i've always been really lucky.

the good thing is i sit behind a computer for 9 and a half hours (excluding 1 hour lunch break, 20 mins breakfast break, 15 mins tea break and 20495243095324634 mins toilet break).
the bad news is i have to make 120-150 outbound calls to get customers to fill up a consent form with over 30+ questions (who in the right mind would?!). i have to get at least 50 completed surveys.

oh yes and the best thing is i'm chosen to be the team leader. which means i have to consolidate all 15 members excel spreadsheet data and collate it into a centralised database (along with ming). again its more or less expected. why do i always get this shit? why?

CRMCC2 is full of ironies. we have a computer that looks fast but is not. it can run warcraft 3 frozen throne and CS but it cannot run msn messenger. its got tons of songs inside but you cant play them. i'm already beginning to fathom the demise of my miserable life as every bit of its essence is drained away by the customers and the regid schedule.

oh yes you dont know how much you missed your loved ones until you begin TEP. its petrifying. miss you gt.

but dilys said things would only get better and it will become more challenging. it would get to be damn fun. she gave me some tips on how to get more calls as well. and me being the phone fanat most prob wouldnt have much trouble hitting my quota. just bringing my D2 to install in the com tomorrow to be sure i have my entertainment when i finish my chores.

my schedule is 8.30am to 6 mon-thurs. friday is from 8.30-5.30. alternate tues and thurs is from 1-9pm and since i can choose, it means i wont be missing ladies night at all. yowza!

and i ate a fucking LOAD today. told my girl what i ate so am too lazy to do so now. better go run thru my stuff now. bye.
